Grandma Mona’s family spent parts of the pandemic interviewing her about lots of things. One of them was her mouth-watering breakfast recipes. Food is kind of all in the family. Grandpa Joe left a career Boeing job in Seattle to open Arctic Circle drive-ins, founded by Uncle Ralph in Utah. Mona led all of us kids into neighborhood bazaar food stands, church bake sales, school fund-raisers. Fast forward to 2022 and we bring Mona’s recipes to you in Frankfurt!
American Style Breakfast
Who doesn’t remember their first American breakfast when visiting any state in the USA? It’s a real experience. At Mona’s we bring you over 68 years of experience making those traditional meals. Whether it’s fluffy buttermilk pancakes from scratch, homemade crispy hashbrown potatoes, Monte Cristo French toast sandwich, or old -fashioned oatmeal porridge, we will transport you to that favorite place back in the USA.
